Three adjustable music stands.
Stage manager required for light-setting.

Four bottles of plain
water, room temperature. |

tickets |
Ten tickets per performance. |

transportation |
One van or two sedans
will do. We request round-trip between airport and hotel, and
between hotel and concert venue. |

| Rehearsal
time |
A block of 6 hours
(or two blocks of 3 hours) for tuning, rehearsal and light-check.
Preferably the day before the performance. |

| Accomodation
/ Hotel |
Two double rooms. If
transatlantic travel is involved, or ground/air travel to location
is > 4 hrs., accommodation is required the night prior to
the first performance. |
